IOG Cancellation Policy
Please see below for the Cancellation Policy here at the Institute of Golf, note that the Physiotherapy Department and Instruction Department are slightly different. In booking a session with us you have agreed to the terms and conditions of cancellation.
Payment is made a minimum of 1 week prior to the start of the programme.
Cancellations made 96 hours (4 days) before the start of the programme will receive a 75% refund of the programme.
Cancellations made between 96 and 48 hours before the start of the programme will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours before the start of the programme will not receive a refund.
Cancellation terms are subject to change in certain circumstances (relevant documents such as a doctors certification may be required). The cancellation terms are at the discretion of Institute of Golf.
