Jay Harrison is our newly appointed Director of Strength and Conditioning.
With over 13-years experience as a strength and conditioning specialist Jay has developed a unique integrated training methodology that is designed to deliver optimal performance as well as optimal resilience for aspiring athletes.
His philosophy has been developed through a sound understanding of anatomy, physiology, bio mechanics, scientific strength and conditioning principles and experience. (Having logged thousands of hours as a strength and conditioning coach)
