Do you provide quick fixes for a lesson?

A quick fix is nowadays being prescribed as a first prescription. It is our opinion this should be a last resort. Our goal with each player is to develop him or her into the player that they dream to be. This is done by implementing a specifically designed performance program from the Institute of Golf, not a quick fix.

After a lesson is it true I will get worse before I get better?

This is a myth. Once the player achieves the improvements we prescribe, then they will improve. Players can be worse by simply not achieving the movement correctly. Often the improvements take time but the rate of improvement is in the hands of the player.
